The Classic Steel Garage Door Model 8300 has an impressive R-value* of 12.12 using polyurethane foamed-in-place insulation. The Classic Steel Garage Door Model 8500 is Wayne Dalton's highest insulated residential garage door with an impressive R-value of 16.22 using polyurethane foamed-in-place insulation. Heavy-gauge steel wrap around end caps trim-out door edges for better appearance, improved strength and damage-protection of the insulation. Our two-coat, baked-on polyester finish makes it virtually maintenance free.
